Why You?


· Strong Guestline (Rexlynx) experience/knowledge required.

. Evening and Weekend availability.

Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in hospitality.

· Customer Service: Passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in person and over the phone.

· Problem-Solving: Calmly and effectively handle various situations, resolving issues as they arise.

· Organisation: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.


The Role:


· Team Management: Lead and manage the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and support.

· Guest Service: Ensure exceptional guest service at all times, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Reservation Management: Oversee reservation procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Financial Management: Monitor front desk operations, including cash handling, billing, and payment processing.

· Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other front desk metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
