The Role:

· Guest Reception: Greet guests arriving during the night, check them in/out, and assist with any inquiries or requests.

· Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel property throughout the night.

· Emergency Response: Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents, following hotel procedures and protocols.

· Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including processing reservations, handling payments, and preparing reports.

· Night Audit: Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing financial transactions and generating reports.

· Team Support: Provide support to night staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams, as needed.
