  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.
  • Experience in developing training content and facilitating sessions, both face-to-face and digitally.
  • Passionate about people development with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a wide range of learners.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiar with LMS platforms and basic e-learning tools.

What We Offer:

  • A creative and supportive environment where your input will directly shape how our teams grow.
  • Opportunities to develop your own career within L&D and the wider people function.
  • Exposure to a variety of projects across a vibrant hospitality group.
  • Hybrid working from our vibrant London HQ + regular site visits
  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and generous hospitality perks
  • 50% discount on food and soft drinks across all our brands.
  • Long service rewards including increased holiday and access to private healthcare.
