The Role:


· Assist in Leading the Kitchen: Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.

· Inspire and Mentor: Guide and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive environment.

· Contribute Creatively: Assist in menu development and bring fresh, innovative ideas.

· Uphold Standards: Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and culinary excellence.

· Deliver Quality: Consistently produce high-quality dishes and maintain presentation standards.
