The Role:


• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

• Reservation Management: Handle bookings, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy and professionalism.

• Security: Monitor the security of the hotel during the night, conducting regular checks and addressing any concerns.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.

• Night Audit: Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

• Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
