Overseeing our meetings and events team who are responsible for handling all our sales enquiries across 3 hotels: The Swan at Streatley, The Great House in Sonning & The Georgian in Haslemere.
Our business consists of private events, group bookings, conferences, weddings and bedroom reservations across the 3 sites. You will bring an innovative approach and inspire our team to deliver excellent customer service and maximise all sales enquiries. You will inspire and lead our team to deliver success through all company KPIs and sales office SOPs.

Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and motivate a strong team of reservations and events coordinators:
- Recruitment & on job training
- Team check ins 1-1s
- Assist with delivering key commercial strategies to drive our business forward
- Work alongside our marketing department to ensure all campaigns are active and delivered from a sales perspective
- Monitor and manage our hotel sales office KPIs
- Assist and drive onsite sales activity such as:
- Conversion hours
- Past user calls
- Diary management
- Show rounds
- Out of hours enquiry process
- WOW show rounds
- Prepare commercial reporting as requested
- Ensure excellent internal rapport across all our GMs and operational events team
- Prepare and lead the internal function sheet process for all sites, train the team to deliver accurate information
- Monitor and drive all aspects of the enquiry process
- Manage all enquiry systems
- Provide weekly reporting to our sites for all business
- Assist with weekly forecasting
- Host weekly commercial team meetings
- Maximise all revenue opportunities
- Assist Sales Director with ad hoc projects
