🎯 What You’ll Do

As Reception Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience:

  • Lead the team: Lead, coach, support, motivate, and incentivise the hotel team.
  • Deliver service: Champion outstanding standards, performance and guest experience across the whole hotel including housekeeping and gym areas. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Manage reservations: Oversee all reservations processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor finances: Supervise billing, payments, and cash handling in line with hotel policies.
  • Report and review: Prepare daily reports and offer insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
